Tomtom Move

By using TomTom Move, Idaso is able to give a representative view of how fast people drive in a certain region, how busy it is and how the traffic flows. This data is viewable per day, per period, starting from 2008. Next to that, real-time data is also available. This means it is possible to view historic data without having to install any hardware at all. This tool allows you to gather data for one specific intersection or road, up to an entire country.
TomTom Move is available as a yearly license, or on a project basis.
The Speed Dashboard

The Speed Dashboard powered by floating car data. “You might have heard the occasional, ‘people drive way too fast in my street’. Well, that’s where the Speed Dashboard can make an actual difference. Through Floating Car Data it is possible to see in which streets people drive too fast depending on time and day. The 85 percentile is updated on a weekly basis allowing you to see the speeds from the past days, but allows you to compare to a previous period as well. This means you can see where there are structural problems. This allows municipalities and city councils to take action and for example place a speed bump in the street or place speed traps.” - Pierre Maere, CTO Geo Mobility.
